The front desk promptly reserved a room for me. It was appreciated. the rooftop bar is definitely a highlight and worth visiting. i found the bed and pillows comfortable. I slept very well.

upon arrival, my visa credit card was not accepted, despite my constant international use. this caused a slight inconvenience at check-in.

They always enhance guest comfort! during my stay, management promptly addressed my feedback by providing a better room, which improved my second visit. i believe proactive maintenance throughout the facility would be beneficial. Regular upkeep ensures consistent standards. the mattress was both comfortable and supportive, which i found particularly beneficial.

i found that the selection of television channels lacked diversity! it could benefit from more local and international news options.
